Return & Exchange Policy

At Vinur.store, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not entirely pleased with your order, we're here to assist you.

1. Return & Exchange Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange for eligible items.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

  • The product must include all original tags, labels, and accessories.

  • Certain items, such as personal care products, customized items, or perishable goods, may be non-returnable unless defective.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our Customer Support at (437) 779-3381 or email us at info@vinur.store within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.

  3. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  4. Securely package the item(s) and include the RMA number inside the package.

  5. Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Support team.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For returns due to buyer's remorse or other non-defective reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at (437) 779-3381 or info@vinur.store.

  • Provide photos of the damaged or defective item(s) along with your order number.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Perishable goods and Beauty Products

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
